Bazaar Deals is organized by Bazaar Deals General Trading LLC, a company established by the Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET) to manage Bazaar Deals.

These campaign draw terms and conditions ("Draw Terms") apply to the draws ("Campaign Draw(s)") conducted by Bazaar Deals General Trading LLC ("Bazaar Deals", "We", "Us", "Our") on Our website ("Site") and mobile app ("App") (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform or participating in a Campaign Draw, you ("User", "You", "Your") agree to comply with these Draw Terms, along with the user agreement published on the Site ("User Agreement"). If You do not accept these Draw Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from entering any Campaign Draw.

These Draw Terms are effective as of January 1, 2024. We reserve the right to modify these Draw Terms at any time without prior notice, with changes taking effect upon being posted on the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing these Draw Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the Platform or participation in Campaign Draws following any changes constitutes Your acceptance of the amended terms.

• Additional Terms for Draw Participation: The following conditions apply specifically to Your participation in Our draws ("Draw(s)") and the potential to win prizes ("Prize(s)").
• Amendments: We may update these Draw Terms without notice, with changes becoming effective once posted on the Platform. It is Your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform or participation in Draws after amendments indicates Your acceptance of the changes.
• Draw Approval: All Draws are approved by the Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET) and comply with their guidelines, which may be updated periodically. A valid permit number will be issued for each Draw.
• Eligibility: Only Users with a valid Platform Membership who meet all the Terms are eligible to participate in our Draws.
• Types of Draws: The Platform offers various Draw types. Each Bazaar Credit purchased on the Bazaar Deals App, in accordance with these Terms, is associated with a specific Draw. Users receive at least one complimentary ticket ("Ticket") for the specified Draw upon purchasing Bazaar Credits.
• Bazaar Credits Redemption: When You purchase Bazaar Credits on the App, You can redeem them, in part or full, at Our online or physical Bazaar Deals stores.
• Bazaar Credits Validity: Bazaar Credits are valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of Your last redemption at Our stores. If You have never redeemed any Credits, they are valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase on the App. Each redemption extends the validity of outstanding Credits by one (1) year.
• Product Collection: To collect purchased products, You must visit Our premises within fifteen (15) calendar days of purchase and present valid identification (e.g., national ID, passport, driver's license). At Our sole discretion, we may allow a person holding a valid Power of Attorney (POA) from You to collect the product. Failure to collect within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of the purchase.
• Unused Bazaar Credits: Bazaar Deals reserves the right, without notice, to consider any unused Bazaar Credits in Your account as forfeited after a reasonable period.
• Ticket Allocation: Ticket numbers are generated randomly and may not follow the order in which associated Bazaar Credits are purchased. Tickets are generated only after purchase completion, and You cannot choose Ticket numbers.
• Ticket Ownership: Tickets awarded through the Platform are non-refundable, non-transferable, and exclusively owned by You.
• Draw Duration and Prize Awarding: Draw durations vary, and Prizes can be awarded on any day of the week for Draws that have sold out at least 24 hours before the Draw date. Draws occur in the presence of a government representative, unless otherwise approved, and the results are final and non-negotiable. Draw dates depend on the government representative's availability.
• Draw Entry Deadline: The deadline to enter a Draw is before all Bazaar Credits specified in the Draw are sold out, before the Draw closes, or before the timer on the Draw's campaign box expires. Draw periods may be extended at Our sole discretion, with notification provided.
• Winner Notification: Winners are selected by a government representative and notified on the Draw date. Winner names may also be announced in the press and on the Platform unless You request otherwise in writing before the Draw. Unless otherwise specified, each Draw will have one (1) winner.
• Prize Collection: Winners based in the UAE must collect their Prize from Our premises within sixty (60) days and present valid identification. Failure to do so will result in the Prize being transferred to the relevant government authority, with no further responsibility from Bazaar Deals. For international winners, Prizes will be shipped or couriered to the winner's nearest seaport or airport at Our discretion, with all local taxes and customs duties being the winner's responsibility. Risk and responsibility transfer to the winner once the Prize is handed to the courier/handler.
• Content Consent: By entering the Draw, winners consent to the use of content provided to Us, including names, photographs, videos, and other materials, for promotional purposes in the press, on the Platform, and on social media. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, but this may affect Your participation in future Draws.
• Prize Details: All Prizes displayed on the Platform will be awarded as shown, with only minor physical variations if any.
• Prize Registration: Where registration or ownership transfer of a Prize is required, it will be completed in the name of the winner as it appears on the winning Ticket. By entering such a Draw, You confirm that You meet all government and regulatory requirements for registration or ownership transfer.
• Ineligibility: If a winner is later deemed ineligible, We reserve the right to reclaim the Prize or dispose of it as deemed appropriate, in accordance with applicable laws
